The Salvation Army – Christmas Food Packers

Sheila Radcliff volunteered with the Salvation Army on December 21, 2015 and this time had some of her family members with her.  Sheila and her family were part of an assembly line of 50+ volunteers who packaged food sacks with everything needed for an entire day’s worth of food for Christmas from breakfast straight through to dessert for families in need.  We helped package over 800 sacks that were to be picked up today along with a turkey for each family.  The Salvation Army was founded by William Booth in 1852.  He walked the streets of London to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ to the poor, the homeless, the hungry, and the destitute.  For more information please go to
